Itinerary

Day 1: Meet and greet in Entebbe – Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Your group is welcomed by the safari guide in Entebbe and begins the scenic 6–7-hour drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The journey passes through central Uganda’s green hills, roadside markets, and traditional villages.

A lunch stop is made en route before entering the park in the afternoon. Upon arrival, check in to the lodge and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If time allows, an evening game drive may be arranged.
Dinner and overnight in or near the park.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari on Kazinga Channel

Rise early for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi sector, a prime area for viewing large mammals like elephants, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, and prides of lions. Bird enthusiasts may spot various savannah species. Return to the lodge for breakfast and leisure time.

In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. Expect close-up sightings of hippos, crocodiles, elephants on the shore, and a variety of water birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Visit to Lake Katwe – Drive to Kampala via the Equator

After breakfast, visit Lake Katwe, a centuries-old salt mining lake where local communities still harvest salt using traditional methods. Learn about the lake’s unique ecosystem and the people who depend on it.

Begin your return journey to Kampala, with a stop at the Equator monument in Kikorongo for photos, refreshments, and a quick shopping
opportunity. Arrive in Kampala or Entebbe by late afternoon, where your
safari concludes with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
